If you think envelopes are simply common office stationery, then you are mistaken. Many companies have became aware of the potential of using envelopes as one of their advertising and marketing tools and have already been using them to promote their brand and also campaigns.
You might need to pay a bit more to be able to personalize or customize your envelopes but it surely will surely worth the extra cost.
Here i will discuss 5 steps you can take in making your envelopes be noticeable amongst others:
1. Colour
We all know, the common color of an envelope has always been white or brown. Nevertheless that does not mean you cannot use different colours for the envelopes. Big brand organizations always use envelopes with dazzling colors such as blue or sky blue to grab customers’ attention.
2. Innovative Flap
Typical envelopes will often only have one flap which usually opens on the sides or up-wards. What you can do instead is separate them in to 2 parts. You’ll be able to apply a color label of your organization’s logo on the flap too.
3. Glossy Paper
A great way to easily grab people’s attention is to use envelopes that have bright aspects on the envelopes. You can

George Weiss has seen around 80 of his inventions fail, but at 84 years old he has finally hit gold.
Dabble is a word game that requires fast thinking, and is a lot of fun. It is now found in 42 stores across the country, and recently won the 2011 Game of the Year Award from Creative Child Magazine, reports NY Daily News.
If you can spell you can play, says Weiss, sitting in the basement of the home he has lived in for 45 years. The idea just came to me three years ago and I started cutting up plastic tiles and creating a five-tiered rack for them to rest on.
The beauty of Dabble lies in its simplicity. Each player gets 20 letters and has five minutes to create a word of two, three, four, five or six letters. The winners score is the sum of the leftover tiles of the other players.
Everybody who plays the game loves it, says Jay Vohra, president of Ideas Never Implemented, the company that brought Dabble to the market. Its educational, fun and challenging. And the best part is that it only takes tens of seconds to teach someone how to play.
Veronica Gaston of McMinnville was surprised to receive a California woman’s social security benefits statement and number in the mail last week. Veronica Gaston got a double surprise in the mail last week — a Social Security statement she didn’t request, and another person’s statement with their benefit amount and social security number.
“The first two pages pertain to me,” said Gaston, of McMinnville. “The third page was somebody totally different.”
A spokesman with the Social Security Administration is investigating but said the mistake was likely an isolated incident.
“We’re trying to get to the bottom of this,” said Mike Weber, an agency spokesman in Seattle. “Based on our policy, it was sent out incorrectly.”
The mistake alarmed Gaston, given the number of high-profile information breaches reported this year by Sony, Michaels Stores and other corporations. Plus, Gaston herself has been a victim of identity theft.
Gaston, who gets disability benefits from the government, said she hadn’t requested a statement from the agency. But an envelope postmarked June 15 from the administration’s teleservice center in Salinas, Calif, contained two pages of “information you requested” with an account of her monthly benefits. My dentist has been nagging *cough* kindly asking me for over a year to start using an electric toothbrush. “Even on your best day, you can’t brush as effectively as an electric toothbrush” he told me repeatedly. “Blah, blah, blah, spend a ton of money you don’t have on a stupid toothbrush” was all I heard.
At my last appointment, he asked why I hadn’t switched despite his advice. “I live on a tight budget. I don’t have a hundred bucks lying around” I said, slightly annoyed at his persistence.
“You know you can buy one at Target for $25? You need to get past your short term financial hang-ups and start considering the long term financial ramifications. Seeing me every six months is great, but there is only so much I can do for you” he said.
Great. Sounds like my dentist has been listening to Dave Ramsey. Now he’s my financial nag.
So, I bought the $25 electric toothbrush after that appointment and started using it exactly as he instructed. Sure, the thing sounds like I’m driving a dirt bike through my bedroom at 4 a.m., but it’s what the doctor ordered.
At my appointment yesterday, I decided NOT to tell him about my fancy toothbrush splurge.
He sat in his chair,
